Learning and Development – Design and Delivery
Barts Health learning and development team provides a comprehensive portfolio of programmes suitable for all staff groups. Our programmes are broadly split into two areas, Leadership and Management (Institute of Leadership and Management) ILM Levels 3-4, Coaching Level 3 and a range of soft skills including Train the Trainer programmes. Our ILM programmes are currently offered as classroom-based training and our soft skills as a blend of e-learning and classroom.
In addition to the above we are also responsible for the design and delivery of Corporate Induction (held weekly), Newly Appointed Manager Induction (held monthly) and Consultants Inductions (held quarterly).
The Learning and Development team are an accredited centre for ILM and approved to deliver the following qualifications: –
Level 3 – Award in Leadership and Management
Level 3 – Certificate in Effective Coaching
Level 4 – Certificate in Leadership and Management
The above qualifications will give those aspiring to be managers in the future and those already in a management position the theory, knowledge, and practical skills to be an effective manger and leader.
